Ahhh Pets on Broadway & 149th Str! It’s like in “Cheers” but for pets 🎶 “glad there's one place in the world Where everybody knows your name And they're always glad you came”🎵 Life can be a tad dull sometimes, and with my human not exactly being a ray of sunshine, I go to Pets on Broadway almost EVERYDAY for butt scratches, chin rubs, TREATS (look at this body- it didn’t just happen overnight), and hanging out on the countertop (looking down on big dogs and guarding the treat jar). Charlie and Jazzy, the trophy cats of the store, don’t really mind me acting like this is my home, too. The food brands are fantastic- great quality stuff only and at decent prices. The staff is AMAZING! I already have them all figured out and have built different strategies to maximize the treat income. And my human gets to socialize with her own species, so I don’t end up being her ESA 🤞🏼It’s a win win! XOXO, Shuggy B

I do not trust anyone else then Pets on Broadway. The staff are so attentive with my Bella and Gustavo and his wife always gets her groom just the way I like it. Bella is not so friendly but someone they always manage to do a good job on them. Highly recommend.

Great customer service! They ALWAYS go the extra mile even if you just need advice. Worth a visit!!! I had my new kittens’ nails trimmed and they were done in literally like 8 minutes! Plus they were done perfectly! 5 Stars!

I always take my Shih tzu Sissy and previous pet to Pets on Broadway , the MALE groomer has always done a great job and I loved it, but on January 3rd 2026, my appointment supposedly at 1:30pm this time was a lady who told me to return in one hour, which I did, when I returned at 2:30pm she didn't even have started working on Sissy because she was TAKING CLIENTS ( pets), and told me to return to the shop NEW TIME she tells me to RETURN in 2 hours, they called me to come to PICKUP Sissy at 4:53pm. SHE DID A TERRIBLE JOB, the hair is not even, left hair above mouth, entirely uneven. But take into account that ILOVE THIS SHOP AND THE MALE GROOMER. thank you for asking for review. I’ve been taking my dog Charlie to this grooming store for a while now, and I can’t recommend them enough! The team is incredibly good with pets — super friendly, gentle, and truly caring. Charlie absolutely loves them, which says a lot because he’s usually pretty shy around new people. They always do a great job with his grooming, and he comes home looking (and smelling!) amazing every time. It’s such a relief to know he’s in good hands. Highly recommend to any pet owner looking for a place where their furry friend will be treated with love and care!

Best place around! I trust them with my baby. The groomers are very nice and take their time with him. He doesn’t get anxious when they take him in the back. Also I can hang around while they are grooming him. Love this place. I’ll recommend them!!! 👏 …

It was very quick and easy. They made my cat feel safe and comfortable. She came back looking adorable. They even have her a cute yellow bow! It was my cats first from and she looks and feels great!

Lola is an incredible hard worker. The quality of the service is worth every penny. She really takes her time making sure your pet is well groomed and healthy. Highly recommend.
